Synthesis of Taxol 13-C Side Chain Catalyzed by Recoverable Chiral Ligand

摘要
The taxol 13-C side chain was synthesized by asymmetric aminohydroxylation or dihydroxylation of trans-cinnamate using recoverable and resued chiral ligand 2PHAL as the catalyst.The structures were confirmed by 1H NMR,IR and elemental analysis.The yields were 39% with 97%ee and 52% with 99%ee,respectively by two methods.
