Abstract
Assistive Device, which had originally played the role of supplementing physical activity in a portion of people with disabilities, had shown various types of spread thanks to the public financial support system for assisting ADL and QOL. In April 2000, Long-Term Care Insurance system was enacted by the Japanese government. However, it is not used enough in the elderly assistive device. As a reason, a problem of the Long-Term Care Insurance system and the lack of the expert of nursing home for the elderly are factors.
