Abstract
A physical simulation study on enhanced oil recovery after polymer flooding through in-situ cross-linking was conducted under the condition of various permeability difference ratios and the injection time. The results indicated that,by adopting the technology of in-situ cross-linking,the injection pressure for water flooding after polymer flooding was maintained stable for a long time and the oil recovery of the low permeability layer was enhanced greatly. The higher the permeability difference ratio, the lower the oil recovery during polymer flooding, and the more enhanced oil recovery by in-situ cross-linking.The earlier in-situ cross-linking was injected after polymer flooding, the better the effect was.Under the experiment condition, enhancement of oil recovery was generally above 9.5% after polymer flooding.
