Application Experience of Domestic Gastrointestinal Stapler in Low Rectal Cancer Surgery

Objective:Explore the application value and related issues and matters needing attention of Domestic gastrointestinal stapler in low rectal cancer surgery.Method:Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 24 patients with low rectal cancer patients with gastrointestinal stapling sphincter preserving surgery.Result:The group of rows of colorectal anastomosis(ie anterior resection Dixon) were successful.Stapled excision circle is complete,no operation death,no anastomotic leakage,no anastomotic stenosis,without postoperative anastomotic bleeding,no postoperative voiding dysfunction,and no local recurrence.Conclusion:In low rectal cancer with preservation of anal operation using domestic staplers,the high success rate of anastomosis,fewer complications,safe operation,easy control,low cost,and Worth in primary hospitals.
