Abstract
Objective:To establish a method of microbial limit test for Zheng Lu Wan.Methods:using culture medium diluted method.Results: culture medium diluted method can eliminate the seirogan pills' antibacterial effect on bacteria,fungi,yeast and designated microbial species.Conclusion: The culture medium diluted method possesses merits of simplicity,accuracy,feasibility and high determination rate,which is suitable for microbial limit test and quality control
