It was found that oil stone have strong impulse force,and it can have cut the peaks of cylinder liner's cross hatch to become plateau,by ultrasonic plateau honing experiment and analysis on ultrasound plateau honing mechanism,and cross hatch is clear,no tearing metal and no folding metal.The supporting ability of the inner surface of cylinder liner,wear ability,lubrication ability is greatly improved,closing to the analysis in theory.Especially when level intercepts c=1μm,Tpvalue is over 60%.
