Research Progress in TCR Genes

T-cell receptor( TCR) genes are closely associated with the occurrence of diseases,diagnosis,and treatment. The article outlines the expression feature of different TCR genotypes in diffuse large B cell lymphoma,chronic abacterial prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome,and IgA nephropathy. The higher frequency of clonal expansive T cells is predominate in TCR Vβ13 and Vβ15 subfamilies in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma patients. The predominant clone of TCR Vβ20 is found in CAP/CPPS patients; TCRCα-575A/G and TCRCα-560C/T polymorphisms may be associated with IgA nephropathy. Now,the article outlines the research status of TCR genes in tumor treatment and the significant development potential in the treatment of malignant tumors.
