Different Target Ways in 64-multi Slice CT for Coronary Artery Image

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the methods of different determining delay-time which was much fitter for ascertaining of 64-multi slice computed tomography in detecting coronary artery lesions.Material and Methods 30 patients were experienced by 64-MSCT coronary artery examination,traditionally,it was used to pre-injecting minor prescription,which to ascertain the delay-time,in our study,both scanning intelligence tracking and pre-injecting minor prescription were applied for determination the delaying time.,the image quality of both methods was assessed by the two radiogists.Results The image quality ranged A class in 26 patients(26/30),which the delay-time was same in 12 patients,there was different in 1 Second in 8 patients,and 2 S in 3 patients,more than 2 S in 3 patients.The image quality was B class in 2 patients(2/30),the difference of delaying time were 1 S or 2 S.The image quality was C in 1 patient.Conclusion The intelligence tracking in the 64-multi slice computed tomography was the simple and effective way to obtain the qualitative coronary artery image.It should be more in the clinical practice.
