Visbreaking technology of oil well with polymer or gel

After tertiary recovery,the produced fluid contains polymer or gel which caused the pumping load increased and oil well couldn't be normal production. In order to solve the problems,a new type of viscosity reducer FYR-J01 was developed by a certain amount of sulfuric acid-based and epoxy-based sodium salt,twin with surfactant and measly fluorocarbon surfactants combined with α-carotene and other compound,the FYR-J01 has the features of strong emulsifying,wetting and dispersion. Field application results of FYR-J01 showed that the average motor current reduced 34.36 percentage point,pumping load decreased 1021.34 percentage point.
