Study on Characteristic UV Spectra of the Guanosine Fermentation Liquid at Different Fermentation Stage

The UV absorption spectra of the guanosine fermentation liquid at early,middle,latter and last fermentation stage were studied.The results show that guanosine fermentation liquid present characteristics spectra at different fermentation stages.At early fermentation stage,a new absorption peek at 249nm is found except one at 275nm.The absorption peek at 275nm decreases and disappears at last during the middle fermentation process.At latter fermentation stage,the absorption peek at 249nm become characteristics one,and the spectra of fermentation liquid blue shift 26nm.The absorption value of λmax is almost invariant at last stage.The characteristics spectra provide a new way and technique for understanding the dynamic process of guanosine fermentation,and have some meaning for guanosine production.
