Abstract
Objective To investigate the sevoflurane and propofol in elderly patients undergoing general anesthesia hemodynamics and myocardial protective effects of comparison. Methods 100 cases of elderly patients with acute general anesthesia operation simple randomization randomized to propofol group(P group) and50 cases of sevoflurane group in 50 cases(group S).S group from the beginning of operation until the end of the whole minimum alveolar concentration of sevoflurane inhalation, while group P target-controlled pump into 3UG /ml propofol.Detection of preoperative, intraoperative 0.5 h,1 h,1.5 h,2 h,4 h after operation in the two groups of myocardial creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),cardiac troponin I(cTnl) level and at the same time monitoring and recording HR,MAP,CVP.Results Two groups of preoperative, intraoperative 0.5 h,plasma CK-MB,cTnl,HR,MAP,CVP levels were elevated(t=4.54,4.61,4.71,4.84,4.89,P0.05,with significant difference),intraoperative 1 h,1.5 h,2 h,4 h after surgery,S group than in P group(t=4.66,4.67,4,78,5.56,5.66,P0.05,with significant difference). Conclusion Sevoflurane than propofol in elderly patients under general anesthesia operation myocardial protective effects of propofol on hemodynamic stability were compared as well.
