Research on Technologies of Strenthening Nano-composite by Electrolysis Plasma

The problems of fabrication of nano-composite coatings were introduced.The current status of technologies of the strengthening of nano-composite were overviewed and the principle and classification of electrolysis plasma strengthening technology were analyzed.The high energy density of liquid phase plasma make the material of coating and material of matrix interpenetrate,forming recrystallization,which can achieve the metallurgical bonding in order to enhance the bonding strength.
