Abstract
The sucrose,8-hydroxyquinoline(8-HQC) and citric acid(CA) were used as the basic formula of fresh-keeping solution,then with four different inorganic salts CaCl2,NaC1,ZnSO4 and NH4AC being individually employed to study the fresh preservation of Gerbera jamesonii Bolus cut flowers.The flower diameter,fresh weight,water trimmed value were analyzed and discussed.The results showed that CaCl2 was the best,followed by NaCl;while the ZnSO4 and NH4AC did not have significant preservation effect.
