摘要
Objective To know the nutritional status of 25-hydroxyvitamin D in 1~3-year-old children in Longgang District of Shenzhen. Methods A total of 293 children aged 1~3 years for childcare were selected from Nov. 2011 to Apr. 2013. Their serum levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D2 and D3 were detected by performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry technology. Results The rate of serum levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D2 and D3 under 20 ng/ml(50 nmol/L) was 14.3%, and the rate of serum levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D2 and D3 un- der 20 ng/ml(50 nmol/L)in 3-year-old children group was 27.5%, which was the highest in all children(P0.01). The rate of serum levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D2 and D3 from 20 ng/ml(50 nmol/L) to 30 ng/ml(75 nmol/L) was 38.2%. The rate of serum levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D2 and D3 above 30 ng/ml(75 nmol/L) was 47.4%. The serum levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D2 and D3 in 1-year-old children group and 2-year-old children group were higher than those in 3-year-old children group(P0.01). Conclusion The Vitamin D supplements shouldn't be ignored in children above 2 years and preschool children. If the children hadn't supplemented Vitamin AD by their doctors before age 2, they should be detected their serum levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D and supplement Vitamin D in good time.
