Abstract
Objective To investigate the postoperative status and influence factors of high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV) in patients with cervical high-grade squamous intraepithelial neoplasia who received loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP).Methods In the 138 patients,108 patients diagnosed by cervical biopsy as CINⅡ or CINⅢ with positive highrisk HPV received 2 years follow-up,high-risk HPV,TCT,leucorrhea, mycoplasma, chlamydia were checked every 3 ~ 6 months, colposcopy was performed if necessary, influence factors of prognosis of high risk HPV were analysed. Results Negative rate of high-risk HPV after LEEP was 89.8%,the average time was 5.98 days.Negative rates of HPV in patients with and without margin residual lesions after surgery were 47.3% and 97.7%,respectively,average transition time of HPV in Chlamydia trachomatis infection patients was 11.9 months, average transition time of HPV in menopausal patients was 13.7 months. Conclusion Outcome of HPV in CIN patients who received LEEP is related to margin status, choamydiae infection, menopause, and it is not related to preoperative HPV load level, age, mycoplasma infection and vaginitis.
