Perinatal Care for Intrapartum Fetal Operation

Objective: To investigate the effective perinatal care for intrapartum fetal operation. Methods: 4cases of intrapartum fetal operation complicated with diaphragmatic hernia or gastroschisis were retrospectively analyzed. Results: After multidisciplinary cooperation,all cases were made correct diagnosis. 2 cases have good post-surgical follow-up until now. 2 cases did not have integral prenatal care,one died for complication of congenital dysfunction,another with pulmonary hypertension give up further theatment. Conclusions:Early diagnosis,intensive prenatal care,and multidisciplinary consultation are recommended to intrapartum fetal operation.
