Abstract
Objective To analyze the relationship between serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and fatty liver, so as to better guide clinical work. Methods Fifty-four patients with fatty liver in our hospital from October 2011 to December 2012 were selected as the observation group, and 52 healthy people were selected as the control group. The abnormal rates of alanine aminotransferase(ALT), cholesterol(TC), fasting blood glucose(FBG), and triglyceride(TG) were analyzed and compared between two groups. Results The abnormal rates of alanine aminotransferase, cholesterol, fasting blood glucose and triglyceride in the observation group were higher than those of control group, and the difference were statistically significant(P 0.05). With the constantly increasing degree of fatty liver, the abnormal rates of alanine aminotransferase, fasting blood glucose and triglycerides were also rising, and there were statistical significant differences in the alanine aminotransferase between the mild, moderate, and severe anomalies(P 0.05). Conclusions The occurrence of fatty liver patients is not only related to fat metabolism disorders, but also related to serum alanine transaminase, blood sugar, cholesterol and triglycerides.
