Causes and Solutions of Brain Drain in Property Management Companies

The property management industry is a kind of service industry which grows with the development of modern urbanization. Its upgrading and transformation has served as an important guarantee for the continued advancement of the property market. The property management companies require compound talents who understand economics and know management and administration. The brain drain is currently a common phenomenon in property management companies which has a crippling effect on the continued development and upgrading of property management companies. In view of the above,in this study we analyzed the status of talents in property management companies,explored the causes of the brain drain concerning three aspects of individuals,companies and the society,and developed some effective measurements to prevent brain drain in property management industry.
