Coronal plane and Doppler vascular distribution characteristics of breast nodules and pathological type control

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of three-dimensional ultrasound coronal plane and Doppler vascular distribution.Methods One hundred cases breast nodules patients were chosen,all accepted three-dimensional ultrasound examination to observe the coronal plane and three-dimensional ultrasound Doppler vascular distribution diagnosis of breast nodules situation.Results(1)Dimensional ultrasound breast nodules coronal plane shows clear boundary malignant nodules(88.1%),converge levy(83.3%) and the proportion of rich blood(85.7%) was significantly higher than benign nodules,the differences were statistically significance(χ2=46.6404,16.4272,63.0542,P0.05).(2)the diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of Nodules edges were 84.2%,65.2%,52.6%,79.0% and 84.2%;the diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of aggregation levy were 83.5%,85.4%,90.5%,81.0% and 78.0%;the diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of blood flow distribution richness were 82.5%,72.3%,72.5%,80.0% and 72.0%.Conclusion coronal plane and three-dimensional ultrasound Doppler vascular distribution of high value for the diagnosis of breast nodules,it should be widely applied.
