Children with hand-foot-mouth disease complicated by encephalitis early identification and intervention study

Objective To explore the early identification and intervention disease application and effect in children with HFMD encephalitis. Methods 500 cases of hand-foot-mouth disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 250 cases in each group,the observation group in the control group on the basis of nursing intervention,two groups were compared. Results In the observation group were all indexes were better than control group( P0. 01). Conclusion Through the implementation of early identification and intervention,and improve the patient's self health care consciousness and satisfaction,reduce hospitalization time,reduce the incidence of hospital costs and complications.
