Analysis on fan noise in concentrator and research on denoising

The fan in a concentrator served as the research object, and its noise spectrum of the fan room was obtained by field measurement. After that, in combination with the fan features, the noise sources of the room were analyzed. Based on the analysis results, the denoising scheme of soundproof enclosure and the ventilation structure meeting the requirements of large-powered mine fans were proposed. In addition, the wind flow, high-frequency failure frequency, secondary noise and dynamic pressure loss were calculated. Field test showed that the denoising scheme was feasible, the installation was simple, the denoising effects were obvious, which met field requirements.
