Establishment of Evaluation System of Class I Clinical Technique with Modified Delphi Method

Objective To establish the criterion and award evaluation system of class I clinical technique.Methods Based on literature review,a primary admittance and award assessment index of class I clinical technique was put forward,and carried on two round of expert consultations with modified Delphi method and then applied in hospital to set up a scientific assessment system.Results The enthusiasm coefficient of specialists in two round consultations is 100%,the degree of specialists authority of admittance assessment system are 0.870,the coordination coefficient of the specialists'opinion are 0.113 and 0.139 respectively;The degree of specialists authority of award assessment system was 0.889,the coordination coefficient of the specialists opinion was 0.581 and 0.603 respectively.Tested with Kendall W,the result is highly statistically significant(P=0.001).Ten indicators which contain three grades of criteria in assessment system were established.Conclusions Evaluation System of Class I clinical technique provided scientific evidences and normalized management for clinical technique.
