Abstract
Skid steer loaders are widely used in engineering equipment, when the maximum travel point is reached during the operation of the lift boom. Due to the impact of bucket emergency stop on the connecting parts of hydraulic cylinder and boom, the parts of Skid steer loader boom are damaged. In order to solve this problem, this paper designs the anti impact hydraulic system of skid steer loader boom. The flow control valve and the switch valve are installed in parallel to control the flow rate and reduce the speed, and the simulation model based on AMESim is established. The pressure curve of boom cylinder, the flow curve of flow control valve, the speed curve of bucket and the flow curve of different throttle valve diameter are obtained. The results show that the anti impact function can be realized. The study provides a theoretical basis for the later design and improvement of skid steer loader.
