Progress in South Korea's Bursaphelenchus xylophilus Controlling and Indications to Hunan

South Korea is a main country of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus in world. Through 20 years of research and controlling,they have had rich management experience and advanced control techniques of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus. This paper introduced the occurrence、controlling situation、controlling technique and research progress of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus in South Korea. Meanwhile,according to the actual situation of Hunan Province,it put forward effective preventive and controlling methods of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus in Hunan Province at present.
