Postoperative gastrointestinal dynamics index were compared. Results Laparoscopic group after 1 h,24 h,48 h,72 h GAS score were higher than those of open operation group, intraoperative blood loss, bowel sounds recovery time, exhaust time, length of hospital stay and complications were lower than those of open operation group.
