Abstract
目的 正交试验优选黄芪桂枝五物汤提取工艺.方法 采用正交实验法,以黄芪甲苷、芍药苷和出膏率为综合评分指标,以溶剂量、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,各设置3个水平,对黄芪桂枝五物汤提取工艺进行优化.结果 黄芪桂枝五物汤的最佳提取工艺条件为10倍水量,提取2次,每次1 h为最优工艺.结论 优选的提取工艺对各指标性成分的提取率均较高,可以为制剂生产提供依据.
