摘要
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of buty flufenamate cream combined with desloratadine in treatment of patients with Polymorphous Light Eruption. Methods Ninty three patients diagnosed as poly- morphous light eruption were recruited and randomized into treatment group and control group. There was no significant difference in age, gender, disease course, onset season and clinical manifestation between two groups. The treatment group( 51 cases) were topically applied with buty flufenamate ointment twice a day, and control group( 42 cases) with 0. 1% mometasone furoate cream once a day. Patients in both groups re- ceived desloratadine( 5mg per tablet),1 tablet per day. Total treatment period consisted of 4 courses, each lasting for 10 days. Efficacy rates were compared between two groups at the end of each course. Dermatology life quality indexs( DLQI) were evaluated before and after treatment. Results For all observation points( 10thday,20thday,30thday,40thday),no significant differences were observed for effective rates between treatment group( 31. 37%,66. 67%,78. 43% and 84. 31% respectively) and control group( 47. 62%,69. 05%,76. 19% and 80. 95%,respectively)( P 0. 05). A significant decrease of DLQI was observed for both groups( P 0. 001) and no significant difference was noted for post-therapy DLQI between two groups( P 0. 05). No serious adverse events occurred in both groups. Conclusion A therapy of buty flufenamate ointment combined with desloratadine is effective and safe for patients with polymorphous light eruption.
