МОНІТОРИНГ СКЛАДУ ПРОФЕСІЙНИХ ТА ДИТЯЧО- ЮНАЦЬКИХ КОМАНД ЗА ВІКОМ ЯК ІНСТРУМЕНТ АНАЛІЗУ ТА ОЦІНКИ ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ ПРОЦЕСУ БАГАТОРІЧНОЇ ПІДГОТОВКИ ФУТБОЛІСТІВ

The problem of training of sports reserve in professional football was analyzed. It is substantiated the role of monitoring as an important tool for control and evaluation of effectiveness of learning process in domestic children's sports schools, academies and professional teams. The study included analysis of the data from scientific works of domestic and foreign experts in the field of sports and football, legal documents PremierLeague and junior football league of Ukraine (the Application Form of commands). Statistical grouping was used to analyze the dynamics of the age factor in recruitment of professional teams through comparison «own trainee – legionnaire». The necessity of studying the age specificity of youth teams formation in Ukraine is demonstrated and approaches to improve long-term preparation of promising footballers are identified.
