Effect of miR-155 expression and cell proliferation in rectal cancer cell lines

Objective To study the effects of miR-155 expression and cell proliferation in rectal cancer cell lines. Methods Cells count of 0 h,1 h,4 h,8 h,12 h,24 h under various inflammation conditions were studies. Cell growth curve was detected by flow cytometry in 24 h cell cycles. Results Compared with non medicated chronic inflammatory stress,the expression of miR-155 were increased in rectal cancer cells after H 2 O 2,SPER/NO,HU,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05),but miR-155 expression had no significant difference in the different drugs and different cells( P 0. 05). After treated with different drugs,the peak time of miR-155 expression was different. Conclusion miRNA can play the function of oncogenes or tumor suppressor genes,abnormal expression of a variety of human cancers,tumors,development of important factors.
