Objective To study factors influencing rupture of anterior cruciate ligament and meniscus and cartilage injury. Methods A total of 220 cases of clinical data of patients with anterior cruciate ligament rupture were selected from 2008 May to 2012 December in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed, we used the single factor analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis for the selection of the independent risk factors. Results The factors influencing the meniscus injury and injury were the independent risk factors(P0.05), The injury mechanism, course of disease and injury history were risk factors affecting the cartilage injury(P0.05). The course of disease in patients with prolonged its unstable injury incidence rate showed an increasing trend. Conclusion The instability and injury and concomitant meniscus and cartilage injury serious higher incidence in patients with anterior cruciate ligament rupture,measures should be taken in the early treatment of patients, so as to achieve joint stability restored, reduce unstable injury incidence of purpose.
