Abstract
In recent years, the research area of material processes using atmospheric pressure plasma jets (APPJs) has rapidly grown. However, APPJs are based on weakly ionized discharge, and the plasma intensity produced by APP J s is relatively low and not suitable for uniform treatment compared with those of low-pressure discharge. In order to overcome these problems, multi-tube array-based APPJs devices have gained attentions on intense and stable plasma for uniform treatment. We have recently reported a realizing intense plasma cloud using novel APPJs device with guide-tube and bluff-body1.
