Abstract

This article presents the stratification of risk for stroke, hemorrhagic complications and analysis of antithrombotic therapy in 116 patients with non - valvular atrial fibrillation. We reviewed informative and validity scales CHA2DS2 - VASc and HAS - BLED in patients with atrial fibrillation on the background of comorbid disorders. The question of the adequacy of receiving anticoagulants and antiplatelet agents implied as a means of prevention of thromboembolic complications.
