CT诊断食管巨大息肉一例 A Case of CT Diagnosis of Giant Polyps of Esophagus

目的：分析食管纤维血管性息肉的各种影像学表现,为临床术前了解病变信息，提供丰富的影像学支持。方法：应用CT重建技术，从冠状位，矢状位和轴位分析病变的解剖和影像学特征，重现病变的大致形态，运用影像学分析对病变进行分析和总结。结果：术前分析结果与术后病理标本高度一致。结论：采用CT多种技术在术前能够为临床提供非常优质的影像学参考。 Objective: To analyze the imaging findings of esophageal vascular polyps and to provide abundant imaging support for clinical preoperative knowledge of lesions. Methods: Using CT reconstruction techniques from the coronal, sagittal and axial analysis of the anatomy of the lesion and imaging features to reproduce the general shape of the lesion; using imaging analysis of lesions to analyze and conclude. Results: The results of preoperative analysis and postoperative pathological specimens are highly consistent. Conclusion: CT technology provides a variety of very high quality imaging in the preoperative clinical reference.
