摘要
In this work, an effective electro-assisted catalytic activation system using a cathode catalytic membrane was proposed for use in an electrochemical filter. The electrocatalytic membrane strengthened the production of O-1(2), which plays an important role in removing organic pollutants. Under the conditions of a PMS dosage of 300 mg/ L, voltage of 3 V, and flow rate of 8 mL/min, the oxytetracycline (OTC) degradation efficiency can reach 88.3%. In addition, the degradation efficiency loss of MnFe2O4-reduced graphene oxide nanocomposite electrochemical membranes was only 13.9% after repeated use five times at a high flow rate, and the metal leaching rate remained in a very low range. The OTC degradation mechanism in the electrochemical filter was analyzed, and a clear explanation was provided for the removal pathway. The results indicate that the electro-assisted catalytic activation system has substantial potential for practical applications.
