One Step-Synthesis of Monodispersed and Fluorescent Mesoporous m SiO 2 -Coated Fe 3 O 4 Nanoparticles

Synthesis of magnetic mesoporous nanomaterials Fe 3 O 4 @mSiO 2 by reversed-phase microemulsion method is introduced in this paper. This method not only has simple steps, but also can obtain uniform size and good dispersion of nanoparticles.The influences of the synthesis conditions such as precipitator, molar ratio of water to surfactant, iron salt concentration and TEOS concentration on the morphology and size of synthesized nanomaterials were explored. Finally, the optimal reaction conditions were determined. Fe 3 O 4 @mSiO 2 surface modification grafted carbon quantum dots has fluorescence properties, which can be used for vivo imaging. Magnetic analysis and simulation of magnetic targeting localization in vitro both indicated that Fe 3 O 4 @mSiO 2 has good magnetic properties, which can be used for magnetically targeted therapy in biomedicine.
