A importância do estágio supervisionado para a formação do profissional técnico em enfermagem: análise de satisfação dos alunos de uma instituição federal de ensino

THE IMPORTANCE OF SUPERVISED FOR VOCATIONAL TRAINING TECHNICIAN NURSING: SATISFACTION ANALYSIS OF STUDENTS OF AN INSTITUTION OF FEDERAL EDUCATION Training Professional Technical Nursing requires a philosophical understanding that permeates the basic care of the person and the community. For this the students' training needs to go beyond the theoretical activities described in the Pedagogical Plan, deepening the practical activities that enable the experience of context in the Nursing field work is required. The objective of this study is to identify the points to be improved in compulsory course Supervised Internship IFF Nursing Technical Campus Courses Guarus. From the results obtained by applying the Lawshe method, a questionnaire containing 31 items validated by calculating the Content Validity Ratio (CVR) and applied to 12 graduating students of the Technical Nursing course of IFF Guarus was prepared for the purpose of assess student satisfaction regarding the supervised training. Of all items through the application of questionnaires to students, the items: 13- Conditions of the units in the training field to practice; 14- Ability to interfere with the dynamics of the nursing process; 6- Possibility, in fact, to perform professional activities. They deserve great emphasis that they were counted as points that should be improved in the course.
