Modeling and Analysis of Gas-thermal Inertia in the Integrated Energy System

Faced with serious global environmental pollution and energy crisis, the integrated energy system(IES) is one of the promising solutions. However, the multi-time scale characteristics of the gas-electrothermal coupling IES present great difficulties for their unification and practical application. To address the issue, this paper provides physical validation models of gas thermal to verify the possibility of their unification. Then, the gas-thermal inertial power support model is established to participate in the standby configuration in a gas-electrothermal coupling IES park as a new standby form. Different schemes of standby configuration are analyzed in the end of the paper.
