摘要
Endometriosis is a chronic inflammatory gynecological disorder regulated by estrogen and characterized by the growth of endometrial tissue outside the uterus. Inflammation contributes to the pelvic pain, infertility and systemic effects of the disease. Mesenchymal stem cells contribute directly to endometriosis however they may also impact the bone marrow, regulating bone marrow-derived inflammatory cells. Here, we investigate the effect of mesenchymal stem cells on BM derived inflammatory cells using a murine model of endometriosis.
