Abstract
With the rapid development of science and technology and the proposed of the core literacy of senior high school geography subject, more and more video shooting technology and video resources have been applied to geography teaching. The effective integration of short-video and other information technologies into the process of geography teaching and the creation of an intuitive and vivid geography teaching environment are conducive to the cultivation of students' learning habits such as autonomy, cooperation and exploration, and the cultivation of geography core literacy. As a continuation of classroom teaching, geography assignment plays an important role in consolidating classroom knowledge, developing innovative ability of students and cultivating core literacy. The assignment completion time is relatively free and sufficient, and students have a high degree of participation, which is conducive to the use of short-video technology in the assignment process. Therefore, considering the requirements of core literacy of senior high school geography subject and the advantages of short-video technology, this paper attempts to design a short-video assignment for the lesson of Landslides and Mudslides and elaborates the design principles, processes and evaluation standard of the assignment. It is expected to promote students' knowledge mastery and core quality cultivation through this assignment. This paper aims to provide new idea for the cultivation of geography core literacy and provide a reference for the innovation of teaching methods of teachers in senior high school.
