Abstract

Raman spectroscopy measuring phonon vibration modes of MnBi 2n Te 3n+1 (n=1,2) showed abnormal changes in linewidths of MnBi 2 Te 4 . Out-of-plane force constant was also estimated via Davydov splitting of A 1g mode (136 cm−1) of MnBi 4 Te 7 .
