CDF Analysis on Effect of Thermal Conductive Coating on Radiating Power of Panel Type Radiator

摘要
Based on CFD, the thermal conductivity of the coating material is studied, and the results show that the heat dissipation performance of the radiator is significantly reduced by the thermal conductivity of the smaller anticorrosive coating under the same structure and parameters. The mathematical model of three-dimensional single panel type radiator is established, the influence law of the heat conduction coefficient of the coating before and after the increase, the oil flow rates and the power of the fan on the temperature field distribution of the radiator is analyzed, and the results can provide reference for the optimal design of panel type radiator.
