5-Oxypyrimidine derivatives SNK-411 and SNK-578 (administered at 10 – 50 mg/kg i.p.) in mice exhibit pronounced anti-inflammatory activity comparable to that of diclofenac in the inflammatory response to concanavalin A. Antiallergic activity was revealed on the model of systemic anaphylaxis reaction to ovalbumin in experiments on albino guinea pigs. When administered intraperitoneally at a dose of 50 mg/kg (after the model damage formation), SNK-411 reduces the Weigle index of anaphylactic reaction to ovalbumin 1.8 times (at p < 0.05). SNK-578 also produces antiallergic effect at doses of 25 and 50 mg/kg by reducing the anaphylactic reaction index 2.8 and 10 times, respectively ( p < 0.05).
