Research on Optimization Clearing Model for Cross-regional Intraday Peak Regulation Market

As the scale of clean energy development continues to expand, the day and night peak gap in clean energy will bring serious peak adjustment problems for the power grid, When the local regulatory capacity is insufficient, the clean energy can not be consumed adequately, in order to avoid the wind curtailment, this paper established an intraday and across regions peak optimizes clearing model to adapt to the market environment. It considered the peak balance of multiple provinces to multiple provinces, considered the change of the inter-provincial link line power, and considered the impact of peak adjustment on the security of the power grid. It will encourage provinces to take part in cross-district peak adjustment by market means, we optimize the use of peak adjustment resources in other provinces and cities to give space to required provinces and cities, it can use large scale peak adjustment resources help to consumption. Finally, we give example to verify the model effectiveness, it can carry out cross-provincial peak adjustment clearing effectively, and implement the clean energy consumption and resources allocation availably.
