摘要
The article presents the results of the development of a linear drive automatic control system for the precision positioning of laser equipment. The following tasks were solved during the study: mathematical and computer modeling of a simplified model of a linear drive with an installed laser as a mechanical object, and analysis of the influence of physical forces on the movements and vibrations of an installed laser; computer simulation of nonlinear friction and the development of an automatic laser micropositioning control system.
