Compliance no setor de óleo e gás na percepção dos gestores

The objective of this study was to analyze the results of the adoption of compliance practices in the oil and gas sector recommended by Pact and IBP Guide to Good Practices of Integrity in the managers’ perception. 10 interviews were conducted, 5 with managers from adhering companies and 5 with managers from companies not adhering to the Pact in the upstream segment. After content analysis, the results revealed a dichotomy between the formalism of the recommendations and their real effectiveness, also showing that the compliance implementation requires more time, communication and training to be effectively absorbed by the companies´ culture.
