Abstract
Zhejiang China Tobacco Industry Co., Ltd. Ningbo Cigarette Factory Twelfth Five-Year relocation technology transformation project filter rod elevated warehouse automatic logistics system adopts the model of decentralized control, centralized management, and comprehensive monitoring, and adheres to the advanced nature, economy, reliability, and availability. After coming out of the forming machine, the trays are automatically stored in the filter rod elevated warehouse for solidification and storage for more than 4 hours, and automatically sent to the unloading and launching system. At the same time, it adopts many advanced technologies and equipment at home and abroad, and uses AutoMod12.3 logistics software produced by Autosimulations of the United States to conduct system simulation research, which is of great significance to the development of industry processes and the promotion of enterprise core competitiveness.
