Abstract
QAl10-4-4 aluminum bronze alloy was subjected to solid solution and aging treatment at different temperatures, and the changes in microstructure and properties were studied through metallography, hardness, impact energy and wear. The results show that with the increase of solution temperature, a and K phases gradually shrink until they are dissolved into the alloy matrix, the alloy grains grow up and the hardness increases. The P' phase decomposes into α+γ 2 eutectoid structure, the hardness gradually decreases, and the impact energy shows an increasing trend with the aging temperature increasing. Dynamic recrystallization occurs after aging at 700°C. The change of the wear weightlessness is more complicated, and there is no obvious change characteristic. When aging at 500°C, the minimum weight loss of wear is 0.5291g.
