摘要
Aiming at the fatigue fracture phenomenon in the T-welded structure, the ANSYS finite element method is used to calculate the stress intensity factor of the crack, and the law of its change under different crack shape ratios is analyzed, and the law of crack propagation is analyzed. The calculation results show that keeping the crack depth constant, as the crack shape ratio increases, the overall stress intensity factor at the crack decreases, and the maximum stress intensity factor at the crack gradually transitions from the crack front edge to the crack tip. This indicates that with the increase of the crack shape ratio, the ability of the crack to resist the growth increases, and the crack gradually transitions from the original crack front edge to the crack tip.
