Improved scanning waveform technique in TDLAS methane detection

摘要
An improved TDLAS technique using half-ranged scan is proposed. The half-ranged scanning waveform brings along benefits of reduced sampling ratio, in-situ measurement of temperature and pressure, and monitoring of laser wavelength shift.
