摘要
When the feeder without DC circuit breaker fails, the whole line will be isolated. Transient fault and permanent fault, as well as the identification of permanent fault section are the preconditions for restoring line operation. Based on the corresponding relationship between traveling wave and network topology, this paper proposes a fault section identification method which is not affected by distribution line branches. The key is to compare the difference between the reference traveling wave in the normal operation topology and the injection traveling wave in the fault topology, and extract the characteristic traveling wave of the corresponding fault branch. In the case of transient fault, the injection traveling wave of the measuring point is not different from that in normal operation; in the case of permanent fault, the time information carried by the first different traveling wave of the injection traveling wave and normal traveling wave of the measuring point reflects the fault interval. In this paper, a feeder fault section identification method based on injection traveling wave is proposed, and the correctness and feasibility of the proposed method are verified by simulation.
